We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with the rooms and bathroom exceptionally clean and neat. The hotel facilities were excellent, especially the pool. There were plenty of clean towels provided throughout the day, and the water temperature was perfect. The lazy river was a blast, and the lifeguards were very attentive. We also loved the evening movie nights by the pool, where we could enjoy a beer and a late-night snack from the pool grill. The staff were helpful, engaging, and pleasant throughout our stay, making it a great family-friendly hotel. The location was ideal, with the hotel being in a quiet area and close to the Universal parks.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! Everything felt new and clean, and the 50/60s inspired theme was fun and unique. The hotel facilities were great, with two big swimming pools, a lazy river, and a beach area. We loved the nightly screenings of Universal films by the pool, and toasting marshmallows at the fire pits. The bowling alley and arcade room were cool additions. The dining options were plentiful, with a good selection of food available for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we really appreciated the free shuttle bus to the parks and City Walk.

The hotel's transportation service was excellent, with regular and reliable bus shuttles to the nearby attractions. The location was ideal, as it was just minutes away from the parks and city walk. We also loved the fact that there were plenty of restaurants nearby, offering a wide variety of dining options. One of the best features of this hotel was the awesome lazy river, which provided a fun and relaxing way to cool off after a day of adventure.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and had a fantastic 1950s design, making it a unique experience. The hotel had a wide range of activities available, including a game room, bowling, and a variety of food options. The highlight for me was the lazy river and the great pools. The hotel also provided a shuttle service to and from the park, which was incredibly convenient. The frequency of the shuttles was impressive, with one available approximately every 3 to 4 minutes. Another great feature was the room itself, which had a kitchenette, a living space with a couch and chairs, and a sliding door to divide it from the bedroom. The room also had TVs in both the living area and the bedroom, providing extra comfort and entertainment.

The pools were great and there was plenty of room for everyone. The rooms were spacious, well-designed, and the beds were super comfortable. The hotel's location was extremely close to the parks, which made it convenient for us to walk there. this hotel exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend it to anyone visiting this city.
