The location was perfect for walking to Stanford and downtown. The staff was friendly and accommodating, allowing us to have a late checkout. The newly remodeled rooms were wonderful and added to the overall ambience. The hotel facilities, including the lovely water garden, created a beautiful oasis.

The staff was friendly and attentive. The mattresses were good. The location was excellent for Stanford football game. Parking was easy.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The hotel is located close to both Stanford University and downtown Palo Alto, making it a convenient location for exploring the area. I especially enjoyed the nice walking area with beautiful lights in the evening, perfect for a stroll to University Drive for dinner. Additionally, the breakfast spread was great, with an egg station and a variety of fruits available daily.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The cleanliness of the room was top-notch, and the double paned windows effectively eliminated outside noise. The hotel facilities were great, including the laundry room on the first floor that only cost around $1 per use for the washing machine and dryer. The location was superb, with the hotel being close to both Stanford University and downtown. Additionally, the staff was very friendly and accommodating, allowing us to check in early upon request.

The staff at check-in were friendly and upbeat. The hotel's location was convenient, being close to Stanford Shopping Center and Stanford University. The noon check-out time was a great bonus.
