Prime location, clean pool, accommodating rooms. The staff did all they can for a real good stay. I really enjoyed having a refrigerator and a sitting area. Fairly decent hotel, 10 minutes' walk from the downtown. Moreover, I could explore trolley gatlinburg as it was minute walk from the place. The service here was exceptional too.
We greatly enjoyed its complementary breakfasts!
Always fairly clean place with fast staff and easy location. Cosy and updated room, nice bathroom. The place was 4-6 minutes walking distance from Gatlinburg city centre.
The breakfast was delicious with a lot of options and the room was huge. The lobby restaurant was convenient and their staff was lovely. Absolutely perfect location, at a medium distance from smoky mountain. We had a really lovely experience, the hotel met expectations.
