I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room on the 12th floor provided a stunning view and was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, from the reception to Ralph, the building engineer who fixed a door lock for me. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a modern and stylish decor. The location was perfect, within a 5-10 minute walk to downtown Asheville and close to the Food Coop on Biltmore Street. Parking was free and easy to find. The restaurant had a delicious and affordable menu, and I also appreciated the convenience of several USB ports in the room for charging my devices.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right in the heart of downtown. It was so convenient to explore the city on foot and even access nearby highways. Plus, the view from my room was absolutely stunning. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with stylish and contemporary furniture throughout. I loved the cozy areas where I could enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of wine while reading a book or having a conversation. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, from the bellman to the front desk to the restaurant. The service was exceptional, and the manager even took the time to stop by my table on Christmas morning to make sure everything was perfect. this hotel was well-organized and provided an outstanding experience.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was impeccable, and the contemporary modern feel of the room was stylish and inviting. The beds were extremely comfortable, making it easy for us to fall asleep. The hotel facilities were great, with convenient USB ports in the room for charging our devices. The staff was among the friendliest and most accommodating that we've ever encountered. They even helped us with restaurant recommendations, especially Sylvio who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The location was perfect, slightly outside downtown but still within walking distance to many businesses in the area and for exploring downtown. this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way.
