I really liked the cleanliness of the hotel and the facilities provided. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful view of the city skyline. The staff was friendly and helpful, making my stay enjoyable. The location was convenient, being very near to the Congress Center and close to everything I wanted to explore. it was a great experience.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was fabulous, with a great bathroom and a stunning view of the city. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were impressive, especially the multiple elevators and the secure key card access. The location was ideal for attending the Windy City Qualifier, as it was very near to the Congress Center and McCormick Place. Additionally, the staff, especially the valet staff, were amazing and went above and beyond to assist me with parking and ensuring a smooth trip.

The hotel was absolutely beautiful, like new. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The location was convenient, away from the craziness but still close to transportation. The rate was fantastic given the luxury feel of the hotel.

We had an amazing time staying here. The staff was incredibly attentive and even upgraded us to a corner room with better WiFi when our friends couldn't make it to the marathon. The hotel was very clean and the view of the lake was absolutely stunning. We enjoyed watching the storms over the lake from our room. The location, attached to McCormack Place, was perfect for us as we were attending a convention nearby. The hotel facilities were great, and the friendly reception made us feel welcome. It was a big deal for us, especially since we don't travel far very often. The kids loved their time here and can't wait to come back.

We especially appreciated the darkness of the room for sleeping and the room safe for added security. The hotel facilities were impressive, with a brand new lobby and multiple elevators accessed by key card. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had good air conditioning. The location was ideal for us as it was attached to McCormick Place, allowing us to travel indoors easily.
