We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The room was very nice and had a large shower. The breakfast was exceptionally good. The location was exactly what we needed, as we didn't have a car. The hotel is conveniently located near incredible waterfront hiking trails, the Alaska Railroad, and many souvenir shops, restaurants, and watering holes of downtown.
All was perfect.
The hotel had everything we could want, from spacious and tasteful rooms to excellent amenities. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the staff was helpful and welcoming. The hotel's central location allowed us to easily explore and enjoy this city, with great shopping and dining options nearby.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, with many restaurants within walking distance and a short drive to downtown and the airport. The room had a nice mountain view and the bed and bedding were comfortable. The hotel facilities were newly renovated and attractive, and I particularly enjoyed the access to the "captain's lounge" where I could enjoy free snacks and wine in the late afternoon. The breakfast spread was extensive, with a European-style buffet offering a variety of options. The bagel with cream cheese and smoked salmon was especially delicious. The staff was friendly and accommodating.
