We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the hotel facilities were great. We were able to relax and enjoy our time here. The staff was extremely helpful and kind, making us feel welcome. They even recommended Rico's for dinner, which turned out to be amazing. The location of the hotel was perfect, close to several areas of interest, and the transportation options were convenient. The breakfast provided was delicious, and we especially loved the bed, which was very comfortable and made for a peaceful night's sleep.
Nothing not to love.
I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The Chef concierge, David, was extremely helpful and made us feel like VIPs. He even made a reservation for us at a great restaurant nearby. The room was nice and nestled into the resort, so it was quiet and cozy. The food options were good and the staff was great and always willing to assist. The air conditioning throughout the resort was a plus, especially since I'm not used to such high temperatures. The surrounding area was great with trails right at the back door. The hotel also went above and beyond to make our stay special. They surprised us with champagne and chocolate covered strawberries in our suite after learning about our engagement. Very impressive indeed. I will definitely remain a loyal Hilton customer after such a wonderful experience.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, allowing us to check in early. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, with well-maintained rooms and grounds. The hotel facilities were impressive, especially the numerous swimming pools that were a great relief in the scorching heat. Additionally, the location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to river parking and transportation. We were also pleasantly surprised by the delicious and reasonably priced meals served at the property restaurants.
Nothing, all was excellent.
The water park features were perfect for my kid's ages, and we enjoyed the leisurely float in the pool by our rooms. The staff at the Hole in the Wall restaurant was exceptional, providing excellent service during our stay. Additionally, the hotel is located in a great area with amenities such as a nearby Walgreens and a river walk path.
There was nothing I didn't like.
