I had an amazing experience at this hotel. The staff at the front door were incredibly helpful, assisting us with our luggage and making us feel like important guests. Check-in was a breeze, thanks to Adam, who provided excellent service. The highlight of our stay was definitely the outstanding breakfast. The omelettes were made to perfection and served piping hot. The variety of food on the buffet was also impressive. Throughout our stay, the staff members we encountered were professional and friendly, with special mentions to Mohammed and the wait staff. The hotel's location, close to the streetcars on Canal St, made it convenient for us as we were attending a conference at the convention center. The cleanliness and spaciousness of the room were also noteworthy, providing a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

We loved the nicely decorated rooms and the hotel's central location. It was easy for us to walk to the attractions like the casino, aquarium, and Bourbon St. The hotel is surrounded by low-key restaurants and bars, which provided a nice escape from all the chaos. The staff was friendly, and we were impressed by the quick response from the maintenance man when we needed assistance with the remote and some paneling.
We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, especially Glen at the front desk. The location was perfect, with easy access to the cruise terminal and a manageable walk to the city center. The breakfast selection was great and the parking and transportation options were convenient. a truly excellent experience.

From the moment we walked in, we received excellent service! We were able to check in before the posted check-in time, and our room was ready and clean. The front desk staff, especially Glenn, were wonderful and helpful in exploring this unique city. The hotel facilities were great, with a bar and restaurant in the lobby, fresh coffee in the morning, and a refreshing water station in the afternoon. The pool may not be large, but it was clean and well maintained, perfect for cooling off and relaxing. The valet staff were also helpful in giving directions and advice on navigating the city. The location of the hotel was ideal, within walking distance of great restaurants.

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in this city. The location was perfect, close to downtown and within walking distance to many eating and shopping options. The neighborhood felt very safe even late at night. The staff was incredibly friendly and eager to help. The room was clean and comfy, and they even let us check in early and provided breakfast tickets. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, location to walk to the French Quarter and WWII museum, and the friendly staff were the best aspects of this hotel.
Hard to think of anything negative about this hotel.
