The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, providing great advice and accommodating us. The location was great with awesome views of the harbor. The room was clean and comfortable, and I even got an upgrade to a large king-size room with a balcony overlooking the swimming pool. The free trolley into town was also a great feature.

We loved the location, with its amazing and peaceful view. The hotel facilities were great, with multiple pools and outside sitting areas with fire pits. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean and the rooms were tidy throughout our stay. The proximity to downtown Charleston and the Harbor Marina made it easy for us to explore the city without needing to drive.

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in this city. The cleanliness was decent, with just some minor dust and overlooked areas. The hotel facilities were great, especially the pool and beach area that my five-year-old loved. The complimentary transportation into town was a huge plus, and the helpful staff, particularly LaDonna, the housekeeper, and Nic at check-in, made our stay even better. The location by the harbor was excellent, providing beautiful views from our balcony.

The breakfast food was great, and the staff were very friendly and attentive. The location was nice, close to shopping and sightseeing, with a shuttle that took me downtown to the market area.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The beautiful room with its amazing harbor view was definitely one of the best aspects. I also loved the cleanliness of the hotel and the fact that it felt more like a home than a typical hotel. The staff were friendly and made the check-in process super easy. Additionally, the location was perfect, being near the Ravenel Bridge and just a short drive to downtown Charleston. Transportation was also a breeze, with free boat and shuttle services provided. this hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of cleanliness, facilities, location, and staff.
